Form No. 30043 Ordinance No. 132-01 Passed . 20 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A 0.0965 ACRE, MORE OR LESS, PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT, FROM SWICKARD ENTERPRISES, LOCATED SOUTH OF WOERNER-TEMPLE ROAD AND WEST OF AVERY ROAD, CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO. WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to widen and install general utilities along Woerner-Temple Road located west of Avery Road and improve related traffic circulation; and WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement to purchase a 0.0965 acre, more or less, permanent utility easement for $7,300.00; and WHEREAS, the aforementioned objectives will require the City of Dublin to obtain a permanent utility easement in the 0.0965 acre, more or less, premises located south of Woerner-Temple Road and west of Avery Road, in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, as described in the attached Exhibit "A". NOW, THERE>~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Contract for Sale and Purchase and any necessary closing documents related to the acquisition of the 0.0965 acre, more or less, permanent utility easement and paying any related costs. Section 2. There has been appropriated from the Golf Course Roadway Fund Seven Thousand Three Hundred Dollars and 00/100 Cents ($7,300.00) to account 403-0314- 780-2510, for the purchase of acquiring the 0.0965 acre, more or less, permanent utility easement and paying any related acquisition costs. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and~after the earliest date permittedCby law.
