AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 97-01
VACATING 7.902 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, OF WOERNER
TEMPLE ROAD, BEGINNING AT COSGRAY ROAD AND
EXTENDING EAST TO A POINT BEING APPROXIMATELY
1830 FEET WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF AVERY ROAD,
s CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF

OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal Dublin Ordinance No. 97-01 based on the
determination that the City owns the underlying fee simple for the 7.902 acres, more
or less, thereby making any vacation proceedings moot; and
NOW, THEREF RE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 97-01 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and shall
therefore take effect upon passage.
