AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS
ORDINANCES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1994

WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, amendments to
..... the annual appropriations ordinance to be made in order that appropriations are
not over expended; and
WHEREAS, the Division of Parks & Recreation currently offers an extended
hours day camp, Wyandot Discovery Camp; and
WHEREAS, the current program is self-supporting and offers 10 one week
sessions for 60 participants; and
WHEREAS, the Division of Parks & Recreation would like to expand the
Wyandot Discovery Camp to allow an additional 15 participants per session and
to add two one week sessions; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate additional funds to expand the
program.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the
Parks & Recreation Fund the amount of $10,000. Of the total, $6,500 is to be
""""" appropriated to account 13-07-10-2112 for wages, $1,000 is to be
appropriated to account 13-07-10-2120 for benefits and $2,500 is to be
- appropriated to account 13-07-10-2330 for rental of vans and school buildings.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force on the earliest
date permitted by law.
