AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE DUBLIN CONVENTION AND VISITORS
"..... BUREAU, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, an appointment is required to fill the position of
representative to the Dublin Convention and visitors Bureau,
as prescribed in the bylaws of the Bureau.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the city of
DUblin,. state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurr1ng:
section 1. That Connie Cahill is hereby appointed to a two-
year term as Council representative to the Dublin Convention
and visitors Bureau.
section 2. That the above-named person shall serve as a
representative until her successor is appointed or until
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
section 3. That the representative herein appointed shall
serve without compensation.
Section 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
......... declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety, and for further reason
that this position must be filled for the reason of
""'- continuity, and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
