AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE SOLID WASTE ADVISORY COHHITTEE
,.... AND THE CHILD CARE ADVISORY COHHITTEE OF THE CITY OF
DUBLIN, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
......
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards,
Commissions, and Committees of the City of DUblin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring:
section 1. That .IU ie.hae./ IOkaysk; is hereby appointed to
the unexpired term of Peter Eckle on the Solid Waste Advisory
Committee, said citizen representative term expiring on
12/31/95.
section 2. That 7hDYn Q. \ keen. an is hereby appointed to
the unexpired term of Andy Kolarsky on the Solid Waste
Advisory Committee, said large business representative term
expiring on 12/31/94.
section 3. That IJltk,. Mc..lAil//ah is hereby appointed to a
two-year term on the Child Care Advisory Committee as a Dublin
business representative.

...... three-year term on the Ch' ld Care Advisory Committee as a
child care professional representative.
Section 5. That the above-named persons shall serve as
members in their respective positions until their successors
are appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for
cause as determined by City Council.
section 6. That members herein appointed shall serve without
compensation.
section 7. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety, and for further reason
that these positions must be filled for the reason of
continuity, and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
