WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards, I
Commissions, and Committees of the City of Dublin, Ohio. I

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINE~bY the Counc1l of t e C1ty of I
DUblin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members !
concurring: !
i
section 1. That John Ferrara and Marilee Chinnici-Zuercher !
are hereby appointed to 4-year terms on the Planning and
Zoning Commission.

section 2. That Daniel sutphen is hereby appointed to the I
unexpired term of Judi stillwell on the Planninq and Zoninq I
Commission, said term expiring on December 31, 1994.

Sect10n 3. That the above-named persons shall serve as i
members in their respective positions until their successors i
are appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for I
cause as determined by city Council. I
r- section 4. That members herein appointed shall serve without I
compensation. I

section 5. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, i
declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of I
I the public peace, health and safety, and for further reason
I that these positions must be filled for the reason of
I continuity, and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect
,I and be in force immediately upon its passage.
