AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMISSIONS,
AND COMMITTEES OF THE CITY OF
,,- DUBLIN, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
.......
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards,
Commissions, and Committees of the city of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring:
section 1. That Thomas McCash and William Sherman are hereby
appointed to 3-year terms on the Board of Zonina Anneals.
and Kenneth Parker is hereby appointed to the unexpired term
of John Ferrara on the Board of Zonina Anneals, said term
expiring on December 31, 1994.
Section 2. That William Andrews and Patrick Enright are
hereby appointed to 3-year terms on the Parks and Recreation
Advisorv Committee.
section 3. That Larry Frimerman is hereby appointed to a 3-
year term on the Architectural Review Board, and Bill Miller
is hereby re-appointed to the Architectural Review Board for
__ a 3-year term.
section 4. That Joseph Holub is hereby re-appointed to the
-- Personnel Board of Review for a one-year term; Deborah Powell
is appointed to the Personnel Board of Review for a two-year
term; and Thomas Merritt is appointed to the Personnel Board
of Review for a three-year term.
section 5. That Timothy Harshbarger is hereby appointed to a
three-year term as a citizen representative to the Solid Waste
Advisorv Committee.
section 6. That Randall Heiligmann and Ian Rennick are hereby
appointed to three-year terms on the Tree and Landscane
Advisory Commission.
section 7. That F. Peter Gross and James Sprague are hereby
appointed to three-year terms on the Cemetery Commission.
section 8. That Susie Kranstuber is hereby appointed to a
two-year term on the Child Care Advisory Committee as a
citizen representative; that Maj Firouzian is hereby appointed
to a three-year term on the Child Care Advisory Committee as
a citizen representative; that Anne Hathaway-Rode is hereby
appointed to a two-year term on the Child Care Advisory
r- Committee as a child care professional representative; that
Georgia Brown is hereby appointed to a two-year term on the
..... Child Care Advisory Commi ttee as a business sector
representative; and that Janis Davidson is hereby appointed to
a one-year term on the Child Care Advisory Committee
representing the Dublin City Schools, as recommended by the
Superintendent.
section 9. That the above-named persons shall serve as
members in their respective positions until their successors
are appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for
cause as determined by City Council.

section 10. That members herein appointed shall serve without
~ compensation.
section 11. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety, and for further reason
that these positions must be filled for the reason of
continuity, and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
