Form No. 30043 Ordinance No. 104~_'_3_ Passed mm m_n____ __19.._ AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FUNDING OF A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DUBLIN AND THB FRATERNAL ORDER OF ".... POLICE/OHIO LABOR COUNCIL REGARDING WAGBS, HOURS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. ....... WHEREAS, representatives of the City and the employee organization have reached tentative agreement with respect to a Contract regarding wages, hours, terms, and conditions of employment; and WHEREAS, Chapter 4117.10(B) of the Ohio Revised Code requires the public employer to submit a request for funds necessary to implement a collective bargaining agreement to the legislative body within 14 days of the date on which the parties finalize the agreement; and WHBREAS, after due consideration, Council desires to authorize the funding of the attached, proposed collective bargaining agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of DUblin, state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring: Section 1. That funding for the implementation of the attached collective bargaining agreement between the City of ,.... Dublin and the F.O.P./O.L.C. is hereby authorized. ..... Section 2. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency necessary to preserve the pUblic health, safety and welfare and therefore shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
