AN ORDINANCE REQUESTING APROVAL TO
CHANGE THE NAME OF ENTERPRISE DRIVE
",.. TO INNOVATION DRIVE IN THE CITY OF
DUBLIN, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, Applied Innovation Inc., Dublin Building Systems and
the city of Dublin have executed a tax increment financing
agreement relating to the development of a 13 +/- acre parcel
presently located on Enterprise Drive within the city of
Dublin; and ,

WHEREAS, Applied Innovation Inc. is desirous that the name of
Enterprise Drive be changed to Innovation Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINEDGbY the Council of the city of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members

concurr1ng:
section 1. That the name of Enterprise Drive is hereby
changed to Innovation Drive.
section 2. That the city Engineer be, and hereby is, directed
to have the plat corrected to conform to this change.
section 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
"".... the public peace, health or welfare of the residents of this
city, and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
..... force immediately upon its passage.
