AN ORDINANCE REQUESTING APPRO V AL
TO CHANGE THE NAME OF A SERVICE STREET
r IN MUIRFlELD VILLAGE, PHASE 42
IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO

WHEREAS, the owners of lots 2039 through 2042 have requested approval from the
Council of the City of Dublin, Ohio for a change in the names of a service street in
Muirfield Village, Phase 42 in the City of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, Lj of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the name of Bewick Lane in Muirfield Village, Phase 42 is changed
to Sunningdale Lane.
Section 2. That the City Engineer be, and hereby is, directed to have the plat
corrected to conform to this change.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after t~
earliest period allowed by law.
