AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING PERSONS
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF
r-- FRANK PANDORA ON THE BOARD OF
, ZONING APPEALS AND THE UNEXPIRED
~ TERM OF RON LANE ON THE BUILDING
~ CONSTRUCTION APPEALS BOARD OF THE
CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, Frank T. Pandora II has resigned from the Board of
zoning Appeals; and
WHEREAS, Ron Lane of the Building Construction Appeals Board
is now deceased.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring:
section 1. That Chester P. porembski is hereby appointed
to fill the unexpired term of Frank T. Pandora II on the Board
of Zoning Appeals, said term expiring on December 31, 1994.
Section 2. That Victoria Newell is hereby appointed
to fill the unexpired term of Ron Lane on the Building
t' Construction Appeals Board, said term not having a specified
} expiration date.
\... section 3. That the above-named persons shall serve as
members in their respective positions until their successors
are appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for
cause as determined by City Council.
section 4. That members herein appointed shall serve without
compensation.
section 5. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety, and for further reason
that these positions must be filled for the reason of
continuity, and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
