AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIA TIONS
ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1993 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, amendments to the
"'- annual appropriations ordinance be made in order that appropriations are not over
expended; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for capital improvement
projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the
Merchandising Fund the amount of $20,000. Of the total, $1,200 is to be I
appropriated to account 62-01-01-2390 for the payment of sales taxes to the State
of Ohio, $300 to account 62-01-01-2410 for office supplies, $17,000 to account 62-
01-01-2420 for the purchase of merchandise and $1,500 to account 62-01-01-2520
for the purchase of equipment or furnishings.
Section 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the Dublin
Justice Center Fund the amount of $320,000 to account 47-03-14-2520 for interior
furnishings and an audio-visual system in the court room.
r- Section 3. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the
Education and Enforcement Fund the amount of $5,000. Of the total, $500 is to be
appropriated to account 18-08-10-2410 for office supplies and $4,500 to account 18-
08-10-2520 for equipment.
Section 4. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure for the preservation of public peace, health or welfare of
the residents of this City, and therefore this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force immediately upon its passage.
