- APPROPRIATIONS AMENDMENT FOR
CABLE TV CONSULTING SERVICES i

WHEREAS, it is the goal of Dublin City Council to provide a high quality cablei
television service to Dublin Residents; and, I
WHEREAS, Dublin City Council desires to fully assess, analyze and understand thel
Cable TV needs of Dublin Residents prior to pursuing Cable TV refranchising process; I
and, I
,
WHEREAS, Dublin City Council desires to have adequate special counsel and consulting I
services to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the Cable Communicationsl
Policy Act of 1989; and, I
,
I
WHEREAS, appropriations provided by the 1991 budget are inadequate to provide thel
level of consulting services and community needs assesment desired; I
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: ·

'Ii-.. 01-19-2394 from Account Number 01-01-99-2990.
