'"-, AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE WWEST/BEST
BID FOR THE FRANTZ ROAD SIDEWALK
PROJECT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, after advertising, receiving and opening bids on July 2,
1991, for the Frantz Road Sidewalk Project; and,
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the lowest and best bid for said
project is from Columbus Asphalt Paving in the amount of $27,780.60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City
of Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the bid from Columbus Asphalt Paving in the amount
of $27,780.60 be, and hereby is accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager and Finance Director be, and hereby
are, authorized and directed to execute a contract with Columbus Asphalt
1"""""" Paving for completion of said project pursuant to the bid specifications
and documents .on file in the office of the Department of Development.
Section 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace, health
or welfare of the residents of this City, and therefore this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage; otherwise, it
shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed
by law.
