AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE PROPOSED
OPERATING BUDGET AND CAPITAL PROGRAM
,.... FOR THE 1992 FISCAL YEAR
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
.......
WHEREAS, section 5.04(B)(5) of the Dublin city Charter
requires the City Manager to prepare and submit the proposed
annual budget and capital program to city Council; and,
WHEREAS, City Council has received and reviewed this proposed
budget; and,
WHEREAS, the Administration has incorporated all corrections
and modifications as required by City Council's review process
in the attached budget document.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
DUblin, State of Ohio, -1- of the elected members concurring:
section 1. That the 1992 Operating Budget attached as Exhibit
"A" be, and hereby is, approved.
section 2. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency
necessary to preserve the public health, safety and welfare
and therefore, shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
