AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE SOLID WASTE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
r FOR THE CITY OF DUBLIN, AND
. DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
....
WHEREAS, Dublin City Council recognizes the need for continual and ongoing efforts
in the area of solid waste management; and
WHEREAS, Dublin City Council established the Dublin Solid Waste Advisory
Committee as a permanent advisory committee per Ordinance 97-91; and
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin desires to actively pursue the recommendations of the
Dublin Solid Waste Management Plan in accordance with City Resolution Number 18-91;
NOW, THE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. The following residents are hereby appointed to the Solid Waste Advisory
Committee by the Dublin City Council for the accompanying positions and terms as set
forth by Ordinance 97-91:
A. Commercial Sector Representatives
r Andrew Kolarsky - Greater than fifty (50) employees, 1 year
I Patricia Willford - Fifty (50) employees and less, 1 year

B. Dublin City Schools Representative
Ralph Feasel - 1 year
C. At-Large Citizen Representatives
Kathleen Broderson-Gardner, 1 year
Lynn Rose, 2 years
Katherine Kelly, 3 years
George Peplow, 3 years
SECTION 2. The Solid Waste Advisory Committee shall pursue the recommendations
as set forth by the Dublin Solid Waste Management Plan as adopted by City Resolution
Number 18-91 and continue to advise City Council as to solid waste management needs
and efforts.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure for the preservation of t~e public peace, health and safety, and
therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
