AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH FEES AND CATEGORIES FOR THE
DUBLIN MUNICIPAL POOL AND TO SUPERCEDE ORDINANCE 29-88

....... WHEREAS, the City of Dublin opened the Dublin Municipal Pool
in 1988; and,
WHEREAS, the pool's construction was financed with the city of
Dublin's income taxi and,
WHEREAS, the fees and categories for the Dublin Municipal Pool
have remained the same since 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
section 1. This Ordinance shall replace and supercede
Ordinance 29-88 passed March 21, 1988.
section 2. Season passholder categories shall be designated
as:
Residents of the city of Dublin
Non-Residents of the City of Dublin
section 3. Fees for the two categories shall be as follows:

,section 4. Daily passes for city of Dublin Residents and
their guests only will be available for the following fees:
Adult (11 years and older): $4.00 after 6:00 p.m. - $2.00
Child (10 years and under) : $3.00 after 6:00 p.m. - $1.50
section 5. Non-Resident season passes will be available for
sale after May 15, 1992, if the number of season passes sold
by that date does not exceed 3,100.
section 6. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
