AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEMPORARY
APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 93-91, FOR
r FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1992,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
...
WHEREAS, Ordinance 93-91 was passed prior to January 1, 1992
in order to meet current expenditures for fiscal year 1992;
and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend those appropriations to
allow for capital improvement projects identified in the 1991
cash capital budget and the five-year Capital Improvements
Plan to be designed, constructed or completed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the city of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated
balance in the capital Improvements Tax Fund the sum of
$65,000 to Account 40-03-14-2560 for the Medex sanitary sewer
project.
Section 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated
balance in the Capital Improvements Tax Fund the sum of
$60,000 to Account 40-03-14-2560 for the construction of the
".... Ashbaugh Sewer.
I Section 3.
..... That there be advanced from the General Fund to
the Transportation Improvement Fund the sum of $375,000 and
said amount be appropriated to Account 49-03-14-2551 for the
purpose of design of the State Route 161 Improvement Project
from Dale to Sawmill. This advance is to be reimbursed from
the proceeds of bonds or notes.
Section 4. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
public peace, health or welfare of the residents of this City,
and therefore this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
