AN ORDINANCE REQUES~ING APPROVAL TO
CBAHGB THE NAME OF AVERY ROAD
TO AVERY-MUIRFIBLD DRIVE
IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO

WBBREAS, the city of Dublin is desirous in maintaining continuity of
-.. arterial street names within the City of Dublin, and
WBBREAS, the Dublin Service Committee has reviewed and agreed with the
request to change the Avery Road street name between SR 161 and Muirfield
Drive to Avery-Muirfield Drive.
NOW THEREFOR!rBB I~ ORDAINED by Council of the City of Dublin, state of
Ohio of the elected members concurring;
Section 1. That the name of Avery Road between SR 161 and Muirfield Drive
is hereby changed to Avery-Muirfield Drive.
Section 2. That the City Engineer be, and hereby is, directed to have the
plat corrected to conform to this change and coordinate with The Ohio
Department of Transportation for installation of new street name signs at
appropriate locations on SR 161.
