AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A KEMBER
TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF

AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, an appointment is required to fill a vacancy on the
Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of DUblin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED~bY the Council of the city of
Dublin, state of Ohio, of the elected members

Section 1. That James is hereby appointed
to fill the unexpired term of en th Parker on the Board of
Zoninq Appeals, said term expiring on December 31, 1994.
section 2. That the above-named person shall serve as a
member until a successor is appointed or until death,
resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
Section 3. That a member herein appointed shall serve without
compensation.
Section 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
"... declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety, and for further reason
.... that this position must be filled for the reason of
continuity, and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
