AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A MEMBER
TO THE TREE , LANDSCAPE COHHISSION
...... OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, an appointment is required to fill a vacancy on the
Tree and Landscape commission of the city of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, seven of the elected members
concurring:
section 1. That Kathryn Epp is hereby appointed to fill the
unexpired term of Dominic L. Papania, Jr. on the Tree and
Landscape commission, said term expiring on December 31, 1995.
section 2. That the above-named person shall serve as a
member until her successor is appointed or until death,
resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
council.
Section 3. That the member herein appointed shall serve
without compensation.
section 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
"...... declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety, and for further reason
that this position must be filled for the reason of
",,",,"''''''' continuity, and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
