AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMISSIONS,
AND COMMITTEES OF THE CITY OF
~ DUBLIN, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards,
_. commissions, and Committees of the City of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the city of
Dublin, state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring:
section 1. That Dan Sutphen, present serving in the unexpired
term of Judi Stillwell, is hereby reappointed to the Planninq
and Zoning commission for a term of four years.
section 2. That Peter Zawaly, presently serving the remaining
four months of Charles Kranstuber's one-year term, is hereby
reappointed as Council representative to the Plannina and
Zoninq commission for a term of one year.
section 3. That Chester P. Porembski, presently serving in
the unexpired term of Frank Pandora, is hereby reappointed to
the Board of Zoning Anneals for a term of three years.
section 4. That James Sprague, presently serving in the
unexpired term of Ken Parker, is hereby reappointed to the
Board of Zoning Anneals for a term of three years.
~ Section 5. That George Bell, presently serving a three-year
. term, is hereby reappointed to the Parks and Recreation
Advisory Committee for a term of three years.

Section 6. That Marcia Wood, presently serving a three-year
term, is hereby reappointed to the Parks and Recreation
Advisory Committee for a term of three years.
section 7. That Marian Vance, presently serving a three-year
term, is hereby reappointed to the Architectural Review Board
for a term of three years.
section 8. That Mary Lee Hahn, presently serving a one-year
term as the Dublin Schools representative, is hereby
reappointed to the Solid Waste Advisory Committee for a term
of one year; that Thomas Keenan, presently serving in the
unexpired term of Andrew Kolarsky, is hereby reappointed as
the large business representative to the Solid Waste Advisory
Committee for a term of two years; and that David pagnard,
presently serving the unexpired term of George Peplow, is
hereby reappointed as the citizen at large representative to
the Solid Waste Advisory Committee for a term of three years.
section 9. That Janis Davidson, presently serving a one-year
term, is hereby reappointed as the Dublin Schools
~ representative to the Child Care Advisorv Committee for a term
of one year.

section 10. That Jean Walker, presently serving a three-year
term, is hereby reappointed to the Records Commission for a
term of three years.
section 11. That Karen pierce is hereby reappointed as the
City Council representative to the Dublin Convention and
Visitors Bureau for a two-year term.

..... Section 12. That the above-named persons shall serve as
members in their respective positions until their successors
are appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for
cause as determined by city Council.
section 13. That members herein appointed shall serve without
compensation.
section 14. That all terms for the members herein appointed
shall begin on January 1, 1995.
section 15. That this Ordinance shall be effective be, and
the same hereby is, declared to be an emergency measure for
the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, and
for further reason that these positions must be filled for the
reason of continuity, and therefore, this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
