- TO GLENDON COURT

WHEREAS, Duke Realty Investments, Inc. is desirous that the name of Clavin Court
at the Corporate Park at Tuttle Crossing be changed to Glendon Court; and
WHEREAS, all owners of property abutting Clavin Court have indicated thier support
for the name change;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring;
Section 1: That the name of Clavin Court is hereby changed to Glendon Court.
Section 2: That the City Engineeer be, and hereby is, directed to have the plat corrected
to conform to this change.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest period allowed by law.
