AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE VARIOUS BOARDS, COHHISSIONS,
AND COHHITTEES OF THE CITY OF
(J DUBLrH, ORrO, AND DECLARrHG AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards,
Commissions, and Committees of the city of DUblin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINE~bY the Council of the City of
DUblin, state of Ohio, of the elected members
concurr1ng:
section 1. That Thomas M. McCash is hereby appointed to the
Architectural Review Board to fill the unexpired term of
Gerald DeGrazia, said term expiring on December 31, 1993.
section 2. That David A. Pagnard is hereby appointed to the
Solid Waste Advisory Committee to fill the unexpired term of
George Peplow, said term expiring on December 31, 1994.
section 3. That Dominic L. Papania, Jr. is hereby appointed to
the Tree and Landscape Advisory Commission for a three-year
term.
Section 4. That the above-named persons shall serve as
(J. members in their respective positions until their successors
. are appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for
cause as determined by City Council.
Section 5. That members herein appointed shall serve without
compensation.
Section 6. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety, and for further reason
that these positions must be filled for the reason of
continuity, and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
