AN ORDINANCE REPEALING 11-92 (ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES
AND CATEGORIES FOR THE DUBLIN MUNICIPAL POOL) AND
~ ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO (ORDINANCE NO. 84-92) AND
ADOPTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SCHEDULE OF FEES
...... AND CATEGORIES FOR THE DUBLIN MUNICIPAL POOL
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin opened the Dublin Municipal Pool in 1988; and,
WHEREAS, the pool construction was financed by the City of Dublin's income tax; and.

WHEREAS, Council believes it is beneficial to repeal Ordinance 11-92, and any amendments ,
thereto, as referenced above, for the purpose of consolidating all effective provisions regarding
fees and categories for the Dublin Municipal Pool.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio,

Section I. Season passholder categories are:
Residents of the City of Dublin
Non-Residents of the City of Dublin
Section 2. Fees shall be as follows:

Section 3. Fees for Senior Adults: Resident: $27.50 Non-Resident: $40.00
A Senior Adult is defined as any person 60 years of age and over.
Section 4. Daily passes for the Dublin City Residents and their guests will be available for
the following fees:
Adult (11 years and older) $4.00 after 6:00 p.m. $2.00
Child (10 years and under) $3.00 after 6:00 p.m. $1.50
Section 5. Non-Resident season passes will be available for sale no earlier than the first
week of May of any given year, and only if the number of season passes sold by that date does
not exceed 3,100. Non-Resident season passes will continue to be available until a total of 3,100
season passes have been sold.
Section 6. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period
allowed by law.
