AN ORDINANCB APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE DUBLIN FUND, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
,....... WHEREAS, the Dublin Fund of The Columbus Foundation has been
established for the benefit of all citizens of DUblin, Ohio
and the surrounding area; and

WHEREAS , City Council selects a Dublin resident to serve as
the City'S representative to the Board of Governors of the
Dublin Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE BB IT ORDAINE~bY the Council of the City of
DUblin, state of Ohio, of the elected members
concurring:
Section 1. That Pa-fr / e.il1.. [30.. k e..r is hereby appointed to
serve a two-year term as representative to the Dublin Fund, a
term which shall expire on December 31, 1996.
section 2. That the above-named person shall serve in this
position until his/her successor is appointed or until death,
resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
section 3. That the member herein appointed shall serve
without compensation.
section 4. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency
",... measure for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, and for further reason that this position must be
filled for the reason of continuity, and therefore, this
~ Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon
passage.
