AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 14-92, SECTION 1,
"... ESTABLISHING THE USER FEES AND CAPACITY CHARGES
FOR THE SEWER SYSTEM, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, Ordinance 14-92, as passed by Dublin City Council on April 20, 1992 did
not specify sewer surcharges were to be based on metered consumption of water for
sewer usage:
NOW, THEbFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance 14-92 be, and hereby is amended as follows:
925.02 Sewer Surcharges
(a) The following rates are charges for sewer service and use and are based
on metered consumption of water for sewer usage:
Effective Date Rate Per 1.000 Cubic Feet
",.... July 1, 1992 $4.75
January 1, 1993 5.65
...... January 1, 1994 6.55
January 1, 1995 7.45
January 1, 1996 8.35
Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an emergency
measure for the preservation of public peace, health or welfare of the residents of this
City, and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon
its passage.
