AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A PERSON TO FILL
THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF DONALD BARR AS A
"... MEMBER OF THE TREE AND LANDSCAPE ADVISORY
COHHISSION, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, Donald Barr has resigned from the Tree and Landscape
Advisory Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Council has determined that John Crane
is a suitable person to serve the balance of this unexpired
term.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAIN~y th~ Council of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, I...: of the elected members
concurring:
Section 1. That John Crane is hereby
appointed to serve this unexpired term commencing with the
effective date of this Ordinance and ending December 31, 1992,
per Section 7.05 of the City Charter.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason
of establishing a full Board, and therefore this Ordinance
",.. shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
