WHEREAS, Council has previously expressed its intent and '~ desire to vacate a .174 acre parcel of Dublin Road right-of-way to the adjoining property owners along Dublin Road; and WHEREAS, Council further finds that there is good cause for such vacation of a portion of Dublin Road and that such vacation will not be detrimental to the general interest of the City of Dublin. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, state of Ohio, '7 of the elected members concurring that: section 1. That a .174 acre section of the Dublin Road right-of-way is hereby vacated, subject to the City reserving a permanent access and utili ty easement therein for the purpose of installation, maintenance and operation of various public utilities, publicly owned or otherwise. This. 174 acre parcel is more fully described in the legal description and survey attached hereto as Exhibit "A." Section 2. That the City Engineer is hereby instructed to ~ prepare a vacation plat of the vacated area and cause said plat to be recorded at the Office of the Franklin County Recorder. - Section 3. That the Clerk of Council is directed to notify the Auditor of Franklin County of the vacation, by forwarding a copy of this Ordinance thereto. Section 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced from the earliest period allowed by law.
