AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
~ FUNCTIONAL TABLE OF
ORGANIZATION FOR THE CITY OF
...... DUBLIN.
WHEREAS, Article VI, Section 6.03(C) of the Dublin Charter authorizes Council to
change or alter any department or division created by Section 6.03(A) of the Charter
by ordinance or resolution; and,
WHEREAS, Council believes it is desirable and appropriate to amend the functional
organizational structure of the Department of Service by creating a new Division of
Parks & Facilities; and,
WHEREAS, Council believes that this structural reorganization of the Department of
Service will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations within the
Department and the delivery of services to the citizens of Dublin;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAlNED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, _ of the elected members concurring:
""... Section 1. That the Functional Table of Organization is hereby amended by
reorganizing the Department of Service as attached.
...... Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest point
permitted by law.
