Existing Zoning: U-l, Rural District (Jerome Township Zoning District). Request: PLR, Planned Low Density Residential District and approval of the preliminary plat. Proposed Use: An extension of a much larger neighborhood in Franklin County; this site will contain 42 of the single-family lots. MOTION: To approve this combined rezoning application and preliminary plat with the following 15 conditions: 1) That the park land be clearly identified on the plan (renamed from "open space").
