AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A MEMBER
TO THE CEMETERY COHHISSION OF THE CITY OF
DUBLIN, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
~ WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Cemetery commission due to a
member's appointment to the Tree and Landscape Advisory
~ commission.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the city of
Dublin, state of Ohio, '7 of the elected members
concurring:

Section 1. That() ,Iv, ~Jto~cJ.cf/iro. is hereby appointed to
the unexpired term of Ri ard erguson on the Cemetery
commission, a term which ends on December 31, 1996.
section 2. That the above-named person shall serve in this
position until his successor is appointed or until death,
resignation, or removal for cause as determined by city
Council.
section 3. That the member herein appointed shall serve
without compensation.
section 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety, and for further reason
that this position must be filled for the sake of continuity,
and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
~ force immediately upon passage.
