AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF FEES
FOR DUBLIN MUNICIPAL POOL ANNUAL PASSES FOR
r"'" DUBLIN RESIDENTS WHO PURCHASE COMMUNITY
RECREATION CENTER ANNUAL PASSES, AND DECLARING
-- AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, Council has previously adopted separate fee schedules for annual passes to
the Dublin Municipal Pool and the Community Recreation Center; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to offer Dublin residents who purchase an annual
Community Recreation Center pass a discounted annual pool pass rate.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, it- of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the following schedule of fees for annual pool passes be offered to
Dublin residents who have purchased annual Community Recreation Center passes:
Dublin Residents Pool Pass for CRC members
Senior Citizen $ 17.00
Individual 35.00
Family of 2 65.00
Family of 3 90.00
Family of 4 105.00
......... Family of 5 115.00
...... Section 2. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency necessary to ensure the
health, safety and welfare of the residents of this City, and further to allow the
discounted fee to be effective prior to the publication of the brochure.
