AN ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY
AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DISPOSE
OF SUCH PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH OHIO REVISED CODE

..... WHEREAS, the City of Dublin possesses certain fleet and equipment assets for the purpose
of transporting personnel and performing specific work functions~ and
WHEREAS, certain fleet and equipment assets have served their usefullife~ and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City should maximize the return on its
investment by selling such property.
NOW, ~FORE, RE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Dublin hereby declares the property listed in
Exhibit "N' as surplus and authorizes the City Manager to properly dispose of such property
in a manner consistent with Ohio Revised Code Section 721.15.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted
by law.
