AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE REGULATION
OP TRAFFIC ON MUIRFIELD DRIVE AND OTHER ROADS
IN MUIRPIELD VILLAGE
,...... DURING THE WENDY'S THREE TOUR CHALLENGE,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, the Wendy's Three Tour Challenge is scheduled at the
Muirfield Village Golf Club on Monday, September 11 and
Tuesday, September 12, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Dublin City Council that
such traffic would be better controlled, thereby assuring the
health, safety and welfare of City residents, by regulating
traffic on Muirfield Drive and other roads in Muirfield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT O~INED by the Council of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ____ of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Muirfield Drive and all other roads in
Muirfield are to be closed to all traffic except as authorized
by the City Manager and Chief of Police of the City of DUblin,
Ohio, during the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Monday,
September 11 and Tuesday, September 12, 1995.
Section 2. That in the further interest of the public
health, safety and welfare there shall be no parking by event
attendees and others associated with the event on any street
"...... or cul-de-sac in Muirfield except those streets designated as
approved parking areas by the City Manager, Chief of Police or
their designee.

section 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an
emergency necessary to preserve the public health, safety and
welfare, and for the further reason that the event is
scheduled to begin on September 11, 1995 and the ordinance
must be effective prior to that time.
