AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE OPERATING BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1995,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY (Amended)
WHEREAS, Section 5.04 (B)(5) of the Dublin City Charter requires the City Manager
to prepare and submit the annual budget to City Council; and
WHEREAS, City Council has received and reviewed the annual budget for 1995; and
WHEREAS, the Administration has incorporated all modifications as requested by City
Council in the attached budget document.
NOW, mEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the 1995 Operating Budget attached as Exhibit A be, and hereby is,
approved.
Section 2. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an emergency
measure for the preservation of public peace, health or welfare of the residents of this
City, by allowing the operating budget to be in place on January 1, and therefore shall
take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
