Mr. Vince Papsidero Senior Planner City of Dublin 5800 Shier Rings Road Dublin, Ohio 43017 Dear Mr. Papsidero: Thank you for furnishing us with the results of the January 6, 1994 Dublin Planning and Zoning Comission. I have the following comments on the eleven conditions to the approval of Rezoning Application Z93-007: a. The only item which I have any trouble with is condition number 10. It was my understanding that the Commission made reference to the front and rear elevations and that we agreed. I heard no discussion of the side elevation although I do believe that this condition ended up stated as you have written it. We would like to reserve the right to discuss this with Council. b. The other ten conditions were agreed to and must be performed before the approval of the Final Development Plan. Very truly ~ \[iJZittVl-M /,,;vd 1;; Harrison W. Smith, Jr. I{;f- HWSjr/pvs . . . ; ..
