AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMISSIONS,
AND COMMITTEES OF THE CITY OF
DUBLIN, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards,
Commissions, and Committees of the City of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
DUblin,. state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurrl.ng:
Section 1. That Marilyn E. Baker is hereby appointed to a
three-year term on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee
as a citizen representative and Kip witchev is hereby
appointed to a one-year term on the Parks and Recreation
Advisory Committee as the Dublin Schools representative.
Section 2. That Kerry M. Donahue is hereby appointed to a
three-year term on the Architectural Review Board as an Old
Dublin business owner representative.
Section 3. That Ruth Meeker Reiss is hereby appointed to a
three-year term on the Tree and Landscape Advisory Commission.
Section 4. That Alvin A. Borromeo is hereby appointed to a
three-year term on the Cemetery Commission and Richard
Ferguson is hereby appointed to the Cemetery Commission to
serve the unexpired term of James Sprague, said term expiring
on December 31, 1996.
Section 5. That Colleen A. Pero is hereby appointed to a
three-year term on the Personnel Board of Review.
Section 6. That Kathleen B. Schuler is hereby appointed to a
three-year term as a citizen representative to the Solid Waste
Advisory Committee.
Section 7 That the above-named persons shall serve as members
in their respective positions until their successors are
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as
determined by City Council.
Section 8. That members herein appointed shall serve without
compensation.
Section 9. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety, and for further reason
that these positions must be filled for the reason of
continuity, and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
