AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE
LOWEST/BEST BID FOR THE
RESURFACING OF THE TENNIS
AND BASKETBALL COURTS AT
COFFMAN ROAD PARK, AND DE-
CLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, a bid has been received
for the resurfacing of the tennis courts and basketball courts at
Coffman Road Park; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the bid from Professional Tennis
Court Care in the amount of $9,080.00 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the bid of $9,080.00 from Professional Tennis Court
Care be, and hereby is, accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager and the Finance Director are hereby
authorized to enter into a contract with said company for said re-
surfacing of the tennis and basketball courts in Coffman Park; and
Section 3. That this $9,080.00 will be paid from the CAPITAL IMPROVE-
MENT FUND (D10-077A-2500).
Section 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public health, safety, and
welfare and for the further reason that this project should be initiated
as soon as possible and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
