f/Ij<' AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST!
BEST BID FOR THE COMPLETION OF
~'...-H INDIAN RUN MEADOWS PARK, AND DE-
CLARING AN EMERGENCY
!
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising bids were opened on Wednesday,
March 30, 1988, at 2:00 P.M. for the completion of Indian Run Meadows
Park (development of wet pond, tot lot, grading, landscaping) ; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the bid from Lang's Excavating in
the amount of $135,200.00 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Sect ion 1. That the bid of $135,200.00 from Lang's Excavating be, and
hereby is, accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager and the Finance Director are hereby
Ii" authorized to enter into a contract with said company for said park
completion.
"".. Section 3. That the funds for this project are to be taken from the
Capital Improvement Budget for 1988 (DI0 - 07-7A-2S00).
Section 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public health, safety, and
welfare, and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
