F AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST/
BEST BID FOR THE COMPLETION OF
, SCOTTISH CORNERS PARK, AND DE-
CLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising bids were opened on Monday,
March 28, 1988, at 2:00 P.M. for the completion of Scottish Corners
Park (ball diamonds, bikeway, shelter and landscaping); and
WHEREAS, it has been determined tha~ the bid from DSF, Inc. in the
amount of $105,101.00 be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the bid of $105,101.00 from DSF, Inc. be and hereby is,
accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager and the Finance Director are hereby
authorized to enter into a contract with said company for said park
completion.
Section 3. That the funds for this project are to be taken from the
Capital Improvements Budget for 1988 (DI0 - 07-7A-2500).
Section 4. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public health, safety, and
welfare, and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
