AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NEW
SALARIES FOR THE COUNCIL AND
MAYOR OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN
OHIO
.
WHEREAS, Section 3.08 of the Dublin Village Charter mandates that the
salaries of elected officials shall be established by Council no later
than July 1 of each odd number year; and
WHEREAS, the salaries so established shall be effective for a two year
period effective January 1, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Council has surveyed the salaries of various other Central Ohio
Villages and Cities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. Effective January 1,~88, the members of Dublin Village
Counc il shall receive an annual salary of three thousand dollars
($3,000.00).
Section 2. Additionally, the Mayor shall receive an annual salary of
six thousand dollars ($6,000.00).
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
