AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL
u",'-- APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR
FISCAL 1987 AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, that amendments
be made to. the Annual Appropriations; and
WHEREAS, amendments to Ordinance No. 91-86, the Annual Appropriations
Ordinance for fiscal 1987 are required;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in
the GENERAL FUND the sum of $16,000.00 to account A01-07-7E-2360 for
Insurance, amending the appropriation from $35,000.00 to $51,000.00,
and to account A01-05-5F-2340 for Refuse Collection the sum of $16,000.00,
amending said appropriation from $135,000.00 to $151,000.00.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public health, safety and
welfare, and therefore, shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
