AN ORDINANCE TO ALLOW AN EXEMPTION
TO THE STORM DRAINAGE REQUIREMENTS
OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN AS PROVIDED
BY SECTION 1165.1(f) OF THE DUBLIN
PLANNING AND ZONING CODE.
WHEREAS, portions of Indian Run Meadows Subdivision and the proposed
Dublinshire Subdivision are located in a drainage area tributary to
the North Fork of Indian Run; and
WHEREAS, the drainage system leading to these properties was designed to
carry their post-development storm water runoff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. The area outlined in Exhibit "A" be exempted from the storm
drainage requirements as provided by Section 116S.1(f) of the Dublin
Planning and Zoning Code.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public health, safety and
welfare, and therefore, sha 11 take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
