AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.05.05
OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN CODIFIED
ORDINANCES PROVIDING FOR MODIFICATION
OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY AND PARTIAL
OR TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY PERMIT FEES.
WHEREAS, the number of frequency of requests for Certificates of Occupancy
and Partial or Temporary Occupancy have increased substantially requiring
numerous and repeated inspections;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. That Ordinance Chapter 1305, Section 1305.05(E)(S) be and the
same is hereby amended so that as amended the same shall read as follows:
"(5) Certificate of Occupancy: The fee for
a Certificate of Occupancy shall be ten dollars
($10.00). The fee for a Certificate of Partial
Occupancy for use of a portion or portions of
a building or structure, prior to the comple-
tion of the entire structure, Temporary
occupancy shall be one hundred dollars
($100.00) and shall be valid for a period
of thirdy (30) days from the date of
issuance. For each additional thirty (30)
day period, the fee for a Certificate of
Occupancy and temporary occupancy shall be
one hundred dollars ($100.00). The permit
fees for a Certificate of Partial Occupancy
or Temporary Occupancy shall be paid in full
prior to the Certificate of Occupancy
inspection."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
the earliest period permitted by law.
