AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A CHANGE
IN THE NAME OF A STREET IN THE
MUIRFIELD SUBDIVISION OF THE
VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
WHEREAS, the Village Council has received a request from Muirfield
Village Company to change a name of a street in said Muirfield
subdivision, and;
WHEREAS, all lot owners on said street do not object to said request;
WHEREAS, Section 723.04 of the Ohio Revised Code provides for a street
name to be changed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 5 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the name of Muirfield Run in Muirfield Phase 21 be,
and hereby is, changed to St. Boswels Court.
Section 2. That the Village Engineer be, and hereby is, directed to hav
the plat corrected to conform to this change.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
