Form No. 2806-A Ordinance NO._____n___}~=!3L_ p assed___________ ___00_ 00 _ _ ______________ _ __ ___00 ____19 ----- -- AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT A BID FOR FRANTZ ROAD LANDSCAPING, AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Council requested that Frantz Road be landscaped; and WHEREAS, bids have been received to provide landscaping services as specified in the bid documents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 5 of the elected members concurring: Section 1. That the bid received from Site Improvement Company in the amount of $16,608.00 be and hereby is, accepted, Section 2. That the Acting Village Manager and Finance Director be authorized to enter into a contract with Site Improvement Company to provide landscaping services as specified, Section 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency necessary to preserve the health, safety and welfare of the public, and therefore take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
