AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT A QUOTATION
FROM AN ENGINEERING FIRM TO PROVIDE
INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE INSTALLA-
TION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND ROADWAY
IMPROVEMENT ON BRIDGE STREET AT
CORBIN'S MILL DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin has previously contracted with John
David Jones and ASsociates, Inc. to provide plans and specifications
for the installation of a traffic signal and related roadway
improvements at Bridge Street and Corbin's Mill Drive; and
WHEREAS, a proposal has been received from said firm to provide inspec-
tion services during the construction phase of said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the quotation of John David Jones and Associates for
inspection services in an amount not to exceed $8,700.00 be, and
hereby is, accepted, and
Section 2. That the Acting Village Manager and Finance Director be,
and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract
with John David Jones and Associates, Inc.
Section 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared
to be an emergency necessary for the public health, safety and
welfare, and therefore, shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
