052-86 Ordinance ~ RECORD OF ORDINANCES 067 National Graphics Corp., Cols., O. ~ Form No. 2806-A Ordinance N 0 ._______??_-=-~~________ Passed______ _________ ____00_______________________19_______ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRATION ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL 1986, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the Ohio REvised Code requires, when necessary, that amendments be made to the Annual Appropriations; and WHEREAS, amendments to Ordinance No. 12-85, the Annual Appropriation Ordinance for Fiscal 1986, are required; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that Ordinance No. 72-85 be, and it hereby is amended as follows: Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the GENERAL FUND the total amount of $10,000.00 to be distributed as follows: to account A01-07-7A-2110 for Salaries/Wages the sum of $7,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $80,000.00 to $87,000.00; and to account A01-07-7A-2120 for Benefits the sum of $3,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $20,500.00 to $23,500.00; and Section 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the PARKS AND RECREATION FUND the sum of $5,000.00 to account B04-03-3A-23 0 for Professional Services Activities increasing said appropriation from $8,000.00 to $13,000.00; and the sum of $2,500.00 to account B04-03-3G- 2300 for July 4th Activities increasing said appropriation from $7,000.00 to $9,500.00; and Section 3. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the BUILDING/ENGINEERING FUND the total sum of $20,000.00 to be distri- buted as follows: to account B09-04-4B-2350 for Site Inspections the sum of $20,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $10,000.00 to $20,000.00; and to account B09-04-4B-2360 for Electrical Inspections the sum of $10,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $24,000.00 to $34,000.00; and Section 4. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the Water Fund the sum of $10,500.00 to account E01-0S-SW-2300 for Waterline Payback Agreements establishing an appropriation of $10,500.00; and Section S. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. MEMORANDUM TO: Council Members and Law Director FROM: Finance Director SUBJECT: Amending 1986 Appropriations - Ordinance No. 52-86 DATE: July 3, 1986 The amendments being requested are for the following: Section 1. This is for the addition of an Administrative Clerk to the Village Staff for costs through the end of 1986. Section 2. This is for payments to instructors for recreation programs which is offset by fees collected; in addition the July 4th expenditures are currently estimated to be higher than originally budgeted; however most of these costs will be offset by donations and fees collected as well. Section 3. The addition amount for site inspections are for soil tests, etc. at the various developments. These costs had been charged to the General Fund in the past, but are really covered by Prepaid Engineering Inspection fees paid by the developers. The additional amount for electrical inspections is mainly to clear out prior inspections and retain Ken Scott as a "backup". Section 4. This additional appropriation is for the agreement with Compu-serv in exchange for an easement for the waterline on Tuller Road. NJP: fmu
