AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL
1986, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, that amendments
be made to the Annual Appropriations; and
WHEREAS, amendments to Ordinance No. 12-85, the Annual Appropriation
Ordinance for Fiscal 1986. are reauired,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that Ordinance
No 72-85 be, and it hereby is amended as follows:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in
the State Highway Fund the sum of $2,500.00 to account B02-06-6B-2430
for Street Maintenance Supplies increasing said appropriation from
$1,000.00 to $3,500.00.
Section 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the Water Fund the sum of $465.82 to account E01-05-5W-2560 for
Waterline Construction, increasing said appropriation from $68,537.24
to $69,003.06; and
Section 3. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the Sewer Fund the sum of $2,100.00 to account E02-05-5S-2560 for
Sewerline Construction increasing said appropriation from $19,200.60
to $21,300.60; and
Section 4. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
in the Building/Engineering Fund the total amount of $18,000.00 to be
distributed as follows: to account B09-04-4B-2110 for Salaries and Wages
the sum of $15,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $160,000.00 to
$175,000.00 and to account B09-04-4B-2120 for Benefits the sume of
$3,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $37,000.00 to $40.000.00; an
Section S. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in
the GENERAL FUND the total amount of $35.000.00 to the following
accounts: to account A01-03-3B-2510 for Capital Outlay (Parks) the
sum of $5,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $67,161.12 to
$72,161.12 and to account A01-07-7A-2110 for Salaries and Wages the sum
of $15,000.00 increasing said appropriation from $65,000.00 to $80,000.00
and to account A01-07-7A-2120 for Benefits the sum of $4,000.00 increasin
said appropriation from $16,500.00 to $20,500.00, and to account
A01-07-7E-2110 for Salaries and Wages the sum of $8,000.00 and to account
A01-07-7E-2120 for Benefits the sum of $3,000.00 establishing appropria-
tions for these two accounts, and
Section 6. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety, adn therefore this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.

SUBJECT: Ordinance No. 42-86
DATE: May 29, 1986
The amendments being requested are for the following:
Section 1. This is for the raised pavement markers on S.R. 745 previously
approved by Council; however, this appropriation is needed to cover the
expenditure.
Section 2. This is for a second change order on the Corbin's Mill Waterline.
This contract is now complete.
Section 3. This is for a change order on the Water ford Village Storm Sewer
project.
Section 4. This is for the addition of an electrical inspector to the Village
Staff for costs through the end of 1986.
Section 5. The $5,000.00 is for the park land from the Maranantha Church
already approved by Council and the other appropriations are for the addition of the
Administrative Assistant and Custodian positions.
